Clients are supported in their decision-making by structuring the process of data collection, information establishment and finally knowledge development. In the first stage, raw data is collected from measurements and inspections. The second stage is a process of activities, such as establishing and deleting wrong data, complementing missing data and processing data to a form in which they can be analysed, by which information is derived. The final stage is crucial for the quality and acceptance of an advice. Our philosophy is to carry out this analysis together with the manager of the infrastructure. We do not just give an advice, we help the manager to understand the behaviour of his infrastructure so that the final decision is not something that he is informed about through a report but is actually his own decision. What we try to establish, together with the client is to what level he needs to be supported.
